I'm A Survivor..

Just puttin' out there that since purchasing our cozy little red house built circa 1965.. I have lived, and and somehow survived, for 2 1/2 years NOT having a dishwasher, or air-conditioning. I'm a regular pioneer.
I'm not saying my hand-washed dishes are spotless. (My boys LOVE to point out, and gross out, when they find a little peanut butter or cream cheese dried on a fork. GET OVER IT dudes. You guys think showering once a week is sufficient.. but a dried Rice Krispy stuck in your bowl is gonna put ya over the edge?)
And I'm not saying that sittin' here at midnight after an 85 degree day.. that I'm not a little moist on my upper lip.
I'm just saying, I've made it this far.
That's all.

Way to go girl!!! Livin without a dishwasher, now that is a true pioneer. :) My disposal broke about a year ago, and I think of you every time I am dumping soggy gross cereal down the toilet. :\

Sista, I have lived 7 + years without a dishwasher but that is all about to change in about 3 weeks. Bring it with the dirty dishes people, bring it...

Houses without air is just plain wrong.

You ARE a survivor! Not to mention going without a sprinkler system for 2 1/2 years, you are a modern day pioneer!

Oh my darling sweet cousin...you are truly a survivor and a pioneer and just plain amazing. It's really pretty sad when you look at all the "conveniences" that we have come to believe are "necessities"! Just think what character you are building...and if that doesn't help, then drive on down. I won't even make you do the dishes...you can lie downstairs in my new blue guest room in the cold, cold air and eat bon-bons!

No air conditioning is not a funny joke in these here parts, so I want to cry for you, Actually, I want to cry at the dishwasher absence as well...I would never feed my family!
